  4. User content

    4. Your content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

  5. Store/Donation

    1. All packages bought from the store are final and will not be refunded, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to enter the server nor can we guarantee that your experiences on the server will be without issues. We reserve the right to use any legal force necessary to retrieve the payment in the case of a forced charge-back.
    2. Perks and ranks bought from the store can be removed in extreme case which we feel the action is necessary. In the case that this happens and you have paid for items you will not be refunded.
    3. Pricing off the packages can change at anytime, with or without notice. All items purchased are for virtual/digital goods. We are not responsible for the loss off any items that you have paid for on the store.
    4. We reserve the right to change package contents at anytime with or without a notification to you, package changes are in effect immediately.
    5. Packages bought can take up to 48 hours to become active in-game on your user, please be patient during this time. If however you have not received the purchased items after the 48 hour period, please contact our support team on the email 'support@taylorcraft.net' and we will investigate your case.

  6. Changes to our services; Changes to the agreement

    1. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time if deemed necessary, when changed the changes made are effective immediately. Terms and conditions will remain active on your person weather you're disallowed to play the server, have left the server, been removed from the server, left the website/forum, been removed from the website/forum or been disallowed to use the website/forum.

  7. Limitations and exclusions of liability

    1. Nothing in these terms of use will:
      1. limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
      2. limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
      3. limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; [or]
      4. exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
    2. The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in these terms of use:

      2. govern all liabilities arising under these terms of use or in relation to the subject matter of these terms of use, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.
